LS

The LS and all higher trims of the Chevy Equinox come with a 1.5L Turbo engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission. This combination yields 175 horsepower and 203 lb.-ft. of torque. Other standard features of the LS include the Chevy Safety Assist package, an acoustic laminated windshield with solar-absorbing glass, and heated power outside mirrors.

The Equinox base trim comes with a 7-inch Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system for all of your entertainment needs. The front bucket seats have 4-way manual controls, while the back seat is a 60/40 split-folding bench. There is a 3.5-inch driver information center, 17-inch all-season blackwall tires, and aluminum wheels.

LT

The Equinox LT trim comes with a Driver Convenience package that offers increased comfort on the road. This package includes dual-zone automatic climate control, heated seats for the driver and front passenger, a wrapped steering wheel, Remote Start, and a power-programmable liftgate.

Similar to the LS, the LT comes with 17-inch all-season blackwall tires, aluminum wheels, and a 7-inch Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system. Unique LT features include an 8-way power driver seat, a 4.2-inch driver information screen, and steering-wheel-mounted controls for the audio system and phone interface.

RS

The RS Chevy Equinox trim comes with front and rear black bowtie emblems, RS badge ornamentation, and roof-mounted side rails. This trim differs from lower trims with its enlarged 19-inch all-season blackwall tires and aluminum wheels. The LED headlamps and taillamps provide ample lighting at any hour, while the black lower body trim adds a bold accent to the exterior.

Inside the RS, there’s a 7-inch Chevrolet Infotainment system, heated front seats, an 8-way power driver seat, and a 4.2-inch driver information screen. There are charging-only USB ports that keep your devices fully powered, and assist handles located at every door to make it easier for your passengers to climb inside.

Premier

The highest Equinox trim, the Premier, comes with 18-inch all-season blackwall tires and aluminum wheels, bright lower window trim, and fog lamps that add a sporty aesthetic to your vehicle. The Premier’s cabin includes an 8-inch Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus system, an 8-way power driver seat with memory settings, a 4.2-inch driver information screen, and a wireless charging pad for compatible smartphones. This trim also features a hands-free liftgate that can be opened by simply swiping your foot under the rear bumper.
